Clinical Supervision

Hendrike Isert Bender, MSW, RSW

Supervision at Integrated Becoming is offered within a relational, reflective, and ethically grounded framework. It supports therapists in developing clinical competence, professional identity, and reflective capacity across different stages of practice.

Clinical supervision is structured around three core elements:

Three Core Elements

Clinical Cases

Thoughtful exploration of client work with attention to assessment, intervention, ethics, and clinical

decision-making.

Didactic Learning

Strengthening therapeutic knowledge, clinical reasoning, and skills.

Use Of Self

Reflective attention to the therapist’s presence, values, responses, and impact within the therapeutic relationship.

I am a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW) and an approved supervisor with the CRPO, offering individual and dyadic supervision. Clinical supervision offers a pause within practice, a space to listen closely to the work, to oneself, and to what is emerging between therapist and client. The emphasis is not on performance or quick resolution, but on integration, supporting a way of practicing that is grounded, coherent, and personally lived.

As a therapist by choice, my supervision draws on DBT, CBT, EFT, ACT, and Narrative approaches, woven flexibly to support each clinician’s learning needs, scope of practice, and emerging professional thumbprint.

What to Expect

Whether you are coming for clinical supervision or therapy, Integrated Becoming offers a warm, relational virtual space grounded in presence, reflection, and care.

Sessions take place securely online, allowing you to engage from the comfort of your own environment. While the work is virtual, the relationship is real, attuned, thoughtful, and responsive. This is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and attend to what is emerging within you.

Some people arrive in moments of deep distress; others seek clarity, steadiness, or professional grounding. Wherever you are, the work is shaped around your needs, pace, and capacity. There is no expectation to perform or have answers, complexity and vulnerability are welcome here.

Our work is guided by evidence-informed frameworks, held flexibly and tailored to each individual. We attend to the whole person - the emotional, relational, spiritual, and reflective dimensions of lived - experience, supporting integration, insight, and sustainable growth.

This virtual space offers a pause: an opportunity to process, integrate, and grow in ways that are grounded, coherent, and personally lived, supporting your own unique thumbprint.

Supervision begins with a single step, not a finished plan

An initial conversation offers space to explore fit, questions, and intentions for supervision.
